Full Description:
The Active Older Adult program consists of day classes, special programs, and day trips. Examples of day classes are: Tai Chi, Healthy Living, Creative Writing, Stamping, Needleworks, Quilting, Bookworms, Sheepshead and Game Day. This program is open to all older adults in the community.
