The Big Bend-Vernon Fire Department has free Blood Pressure Screenings on the third Tuesday of every month, or call for an appointment. We offer CPR and first Aid classes at a nominal fee. Call 662-2079 to be put on a waiting list. If you are in temporary need of crutches, wheel chairs, walkers etc. please call our Community Loan closet at the same number. All items are loaned out free of cost to you.
